With March being B-Corp month and this week specifically focussing on workers, we are delighted to announce Alan Branagh is joining the CapEQ team.
A year ago CapEQ didn’t exist. Today, we’re growing at a rate we could never have anticipated. More importantly, we’re adding genuine top table talent to the firm. The latest evidence is the arrival this month of Alan Branagh, who brings more than 35 years’ business and M&A experience to CapEQ, alongside his skills as a C-suite performance coach (most recently through his work as Chair of the Alchemists Forum and CEO of The Insight Factory).
Alan is one of the good guys, boosting a consultancy which believes that the human dimension is just as important to buying and selling a business as technical capabilities. He has the latter in spades though - leading, coaching and delivering work across M&As; building company value; corporate strategy; asset finance & leadership development; executive performance; plus identity & culture transformation. We’re all slightly in awe, but more than thrilled to know our agile boutique business now looks even more impressive to clients across the UK and Europe
